N2  - At the beginning of the book i wrote that it was my intention to put forward a simple and effective method for thinking . At different times it may have seemed to the reader that matters were getting rather more complicated. They need not be.
 Think only of the basic framework . That is what you need to use. You can read and reread each section to learn more each stage. Treat the sections as reference sections which you can go back to. 
It is the best to use the framework in a very simple way at first and then gradually to elaborate each stage.  This is much  better than trying to use each stage in its full sense from the beginning. 
The strategy for the reader is to selective. Pick out those things which you can understand and which you feel you can handle. Be aware of the other material but do not feel you need to use everything at once
